Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product, not refurbished. Samples and demo models, obsolete merchandise, sale items and factory seconds are not included in the warranty. All items must be verifiable and advertised either in the web, in a newspaper, magazine or catalog by an authorized dealer (we may require you to email the proof of competitor’s price). Our “100% 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee” does not apply to all instruments (i.e. world instruments, etc.). It depends on the return policy of the instrument’s manufacturer. Hence, for some instruments, our customer has a 15-day window from the date of purchase to return the item. Moreover, “full refund” is less any shipping, handling and any other fees associated with the item purchase.

All returns must be authorized within 15-days from receipt of the products. Defective products returned can only be exchanged for the same product. To return an item you must contact us to secure a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 days from receipt of the item.
If for any reason, you have changed your mind about desiring the product that has already been shipped to you from our store, you may return it if it is pre-authorized stating the RAN. Moreover, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be unopened. If it is shrink wrapped, the shrink wrapping must still be sealed. For boxed items, security seal must still be intact and must be in resalable condition as determined by our store.
- Harmonicas and mouthpieces, the customer must work directly with the manufacturer. US Health Regulation laws provide that all harmonicas and mouthpieces must have to be sanitized to meet manufacturer original quality which only the manufacturer is capable of doing.
- The product must show no sign of wear and tear or abuse, otherwise return will be refused outright or we may subject it to additional 10% restocking fee.
- When the return is accepted the customer agrees to accept a 15% normal restocking charge for the return. The normal restocking charge fee is 15% which applies to any return regardless of reason.
- Customer agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs to and from our store.
- The refund (if any) or store credit is net of restocking fee and shipping and handling cost.
Our Credit / Refund processing may take 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of returned items.
